Rereading my old books.
Here are some quotes which I loved from a book called,

Regarding Newton’s Third Law

This is one of the reasons why, when I reflect my days and I just radiate with gratitude of how wonderful my day was!

Being a victim of your own pain is energy consuming. Although, I am still learning, let’s learn to forgive and bring more air to our wounds!
1. Who hurt you the most?
2. Why did this hurt you? (deep dive in the why)
3. Write a letter to the one who hurt you as if he / she will read it
4. Imagine this person receives your message. How will she / he respond? Write it down
5. As you write down, write your own response and start having a conversation.
5. When you feel, there is nothing to share from both sides, how do you personally feel?
No matter what your current situation, the very thought that you don’t have enough (money) is being ungrateful for the (money) you have…. Instead feel grateful of the (money) you do have (p61)
This applies to me a lot! I tell myself something like the following;
Thank you for providing me with abundant opportunities of people and events that blossoms my future. Thank you so much for loving me and bringing affluence in my life!
Any complaining, negative, jealous, or worried thoughts or words about (money) are literally creating poverty (p96)
“ Holding on to anger like grasping a hot coal wit hate intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned” – Gautama Buddha (p142)
We will make the same mistake over and over again, until the consequences hurt us so much that we finally learn from it (p222)

4. How would you like to deal with them if it occurs in the future
To learn from a mistake, we first have to own it (p222)
Negative feelings about yourself cause the greatest damage to your life, because they are more powerful than any feelings you have about anything or anyone else. Wherever you go and whatever you do, you take those negative feelings with you in every moment, and those feelings taint everything you touch, and they act as a magnet, attracting more dissatisfaction, discontentment, and disappointment with everything you do. Regarding subjects to be grateful for:
Gratitude is a powerful energy, and so whomever you direct gratitude’s energy toward, that’s where it (energy) goes (p101)
It’s your contact and experiences with other people that give your life joy, meaning, and purpose (p43)
Health is a gift of life; it is something you receive and continue to receive, each day (p52)

Imagine if focusing gratitude on your food and drinks changed their energy structure, and purified them so that everything you consumed had the ultimate effect of well-being on your body? (p90)
This idea is somewhat vaguely similar to reiki, energy healing technique…
When you say thank you to someone in person, look at his or her face… You have wasted an opportunity to help that person and to change your own life it you say thank you to the air, or say thank you as you are looking down, or thank you while you are on your cell phone, because you are not really sincere when you do that (p105)
I sometimes say to the people who are cleaning our train stations. They get very scared when I thank them. I think it is nice to tell them because without them, our space will be not be clean.
When you direct gratitude’s magical power t toward any negative condition, a new condition is created, eliminating the old condition (p157)
Regarding Problem Solving
We cant make a problem go away by focusing on it, because focusing on the problem can only make the problem worse. Instead, we should do the exact opposite, and focus on the ideal state (p154)

2. What is your ideal state of your issues?
Whatever it is that you want to improve, first imagine yourself with the ideal state, and then be grateful for the ideal state as though you have received it right now (p154)
Exactly same concept with Neuro Linguistic Programming. Our mind cannot differentiate between reality and imagination so, imagining as if you have the ideal state is important in subconsciously aligning your action and words to that direction
When the realization hits you that all of these things might not be an accident, and that the balance of every microscopic element surrounding Earth and on Earth is in perfect harmony to support us, you will feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude for life, because all of it has been done to sustain you! (p202)
