Essentially, you have 2 options every second.

If you FOCUS on making excuses / blaming others, you will experience more pain; 

you will feel stagnant,stuck, shame, more anger, more sense of loss and self-loathe


If you FOCUS on how you can take action to create a better solution,

you will obviously have different result. You will find ways that will work / not work for you.


HONESTLY SPEAKING, which option do you often choose? 

Most likely people who love their lives and themselves,

will choose “Take action” because they take ownership of their lives.

So, which did you choose?
