When you don’t ask for support

When you want to ask for request, know that ….

  • if you don’t ask for request ⇒ you will feel bad
  • if you ask for request ⇒ you will better

 

Create your own process map of “what to do when I get rejected” . This way, when you do get rejected which is inevitable when you are trying to achieve something, you will have more efficient ways to bring yourself up.

Things to put in mind when creating your own process map is …

  • What kind of things would you like to remind yourself when you get rejected?
  • How will you remind this to yourself?
