How do I meditate everyday?

Many people know how important meditation is. But, many find it hard to do it everyday. Here are some tips to meditate daily!

✅ Create your specific action plan for your meditation 

Decide your action before and after the meditation.

(Example) Yoga → Meditation → Read

 Start by taking baby steps! 

  • For the first week → Just sit on the ground
  • For the 2nd week → Sit on the ground and feel your body parts just within 30sec.
  • For the 3rd week → Sit on the ground and feel your body part just within 1 min.

Just extend the meditation period weekly
