Decide your action before and after the meditation.
(Example) Yoga → Meditation → Read

- For the first week → Just sit on the ground
- For the 2nd week → Sit on the ground and feel your body parts just within 30sec.
- For the 3rd week → Sit on the ground and feel your body part just within 1 min.
