❶ 人生の振り返りタイムをスケジュール!(30分ほど)

  • 自分の誇りに思うことをリスト化
  • 今まで達成したことをリスト化
  • 大変だったけど、いろんな学びがあった思い出のリスト化
  • 「無理っす!」って思ったけど、意外と大丈夫だった時のリスト化

❷ これを絶対毎日見る手帳・壁に貼る

❸ 毎日読み、自分の素晴らしさを思い出す + 特に落ち込んだ時に読む

SIMPLE PRACTICAL TIP 

❶ Schedule a time to reflect your life in an empowering way (30 min)

  • list what you are most proud of 
  • list whatever you’ve achieved before 
  • list the time when it was extremely hard, but you overcame it
  • list the time when you thought it was impossible to do something, but you were actually able to overcome it 

❷ Post somewhere you can read daily!

❸ Read and FEEL HOW AMAZING YOU ARE everyday and ESP. when you are not feeling it
