When you feel FEAR

When I was learning NLP, modern psychology, they have exercises to talk with your emotion.

Interestingly, as my current interest is in spirituality, they also have exercises like that. .
👉🏽This is a great way to connect with yourself. .

Also, since, everything is happening in the divine order and is orchestrated in a such a precise perfect way, 🦋your EMOTION is necessary to experience. .
🦋The more we accept this, the more easier life will be because you will not be resisting to ‘what is’. you will be flowing with ‘what is’

👉🏽👉🏽👉🏽Thereby, DO NOT RESIST your negative emotion because it will not RESOLVE anything. .
.
👉🏽DO feel your emotion and make it a blessing. .
.
💓Learn from it and evolve .
.
👉🏽so you do not need to experience similar disempowering event with same emotion again. .
🦋Until you learn your lesson, you will experience similar thing and you will feel more stuck. .
.
🌈So, learn from your shadow so you can have more fun experience in life. .
